I agree that this is what the new Democrat Recorder allowed to happen in Maricopa County but I don’t agree that it is the reason that McSally got 10% fewer votes than Ducey. I may have made the difference State wide but McSally was a terrible candidate as we all knew she would be.
Call this “ballot harvesting” what it is, fraud, and bring the enabling statutes to the attention of the Supreme Curt. This is a violation of “one person, one vote”, as much of this “harvesting” was counting the provisional ballots WITHOUT comparing to determine if the vote had already been recorded for that individual in a timely manner.
It matters not that a state statute may exist, that statute is still unconstitutional, and ought to be struck down immediately. In fact, California should be required to hold a new election when it is declared to be not covered by any Constitutional basis.
