TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — The fallout over Florida's turbulent recount is escalating after the state's outgoing Republican governor decided to oust a South Florida elections official.
Gov. Rick Scott late Friday suspended embattled Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes even though Snipes had already agreed to step down from her post in early January. Scott replaced Snipes with his former general counsel even though Peter Antonacci has no elections experience.
Snipes responded by rescinding her previous resignation — and will now be "fighting this to the very end," her attorney said during a Saturday news conference.
"We believe these actions are malicious," said Burnadette Norris-Weeks, who said that Broward County voters should be concerned about what Scott is trying to do in the Democratic stronghold by putting in an ally who could oversee the office into the 2020 elections.

Here's to hoping 'the very end' involves a Woman's Prison.
There should be a long, drawn-out investigation, with smaller fish offered the chance at shorter sentences to make sure this formerly protected felon is finally exposed, gets whatever decades in prison are appropriate, and the other voter-fraud empires taken down with lessons learned from Broward's methods.
It will also be crucial to identify the financiers of vote fraud--which foundations, government agencies and politicians were conspiring in the wholesale cheating of the past quarter-century? Because there has been almost no oversight into these obvious fraud mills in poor districts, most jurisdictions will have gotten sloppy enough to leave evidence waving in the wind. Never mind the low-hanging fruit. There's rotten fruit all over the ground!

There is nothing for her to “rescind.”
Her boss is firing her.
If she does not go quietly then OK, Gov. Scott can make all the reasons very “public” so everyone from all “agencies” involved with federal elections can have hard evidence of why she is “suspended.”
I am sure the Governer’s office would be able to provide sets of copies of all such documentation to any “interested” parties or agencies.

Brenda Snipes has submitted her resignation as the supervisor of elections for
Broward County, Florida, after the completion of a recount that brought renewed
scrutiny of her tenure.
“Although I have enjoyed this work tremendously over these many election cycles,
both large and small, I am ready to pass the torch,” Snipes wrote Sunday in her
resignation letter to Gov. Rick Scott, which was obtained by CNN. She requested
in the letter that her resignation be effective January 4, 2019.
