Conservatives should let stand this ruling that the states don’t have to kowtow to federal demands and then use it to show that states can’t be forced to follow EPA rulings, highway laws or abortion laws.
Being that this obviously racist judge supports states rights. (because, recall, states rights is a dog whistle for racism)

This type of decision only goes one way, in favor of the people destroying the country. It is a check valve that only benefits the marxists.
