An article the other day said there were 400 homeless "camps" in Seattle alone.
FOUR HUNDRED. Just unbelievable. What's really unbelievable is that there are that many homeless bums up north. I thought they had all moved to California.
One thing nice about the brutal North Idaho panhandle winters is the bums don't stick around and there aren't many to begin with.
