They have half a billion customers??

I have no idea why companies keep such information online.
Starwood brands include: W Hotels, St. Regis, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Element Hotels, Aloft Hotels, The Luxury Collection, Tribute Portfolio, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, Four Points by Sheraton and Design Hotels.
Well, I’m not one, thank God, but there’s the list.
Hmmm. Didn’t jackass brown and little dumbass stevie van zandt just make some sort of call about Marriot? That’s where I’d start because credit cards, plastic..............
We have been pushed into the information age without adequate safeguards. It’s almost impossible to function in today’s world without being tied into the thing. So, this cr@p has been forced upon us, whether we like it or not.
“theres the list.”

That’s a whole lotta hotels. I bet Marriot’s lawyers are slitting their wrist at the thought of how much in damages they’ll be paying out over this.
Crap... I managed to avoid those until this past May when I had to go to Puerto Rico for work. Everything was booked but the Sheraton Casino...which was nice....
Only good thing is the specific card I use for travel is only used for travel so I’ll know right away if anything is wrong with it. Still I should likely ask for a new one.
Marriot just combined their guest-points plans with Starwood properties plan this year. Wonder if this was discovered as part of that conversion process.

Great time to go cashless.
the kids laughed when I told them we NEVER gave our social security numbers out, in the good ol days....

When I order something online and it asks if I want to store my CC payment info so “ordering is faster next time”, I always say “Thank you, no.”.
I don’t care if Domino’s stores my one-click EZ pizza favorite order on it’s server - I don’t care if someone finds out if I want extra cheese or not. But financial info? Nope.
More reason to stay at a Holiday Inn Express...................
What did Marriott know and when did it know it....

That’s a non-sequitur apple v. oranges comparison.
I’m cashless every day!....................

Yeah, that’s a whole ‘nother problem - not letting people know ASAP.
I haven’t stayed in a hotel in many, many years.
No need to.
Nowhere to go.
