Tinted windows in vehicle. Driving with a suspended license. She couldn't afford the Million Dollar Bail. Pretty big bail. Crazy.

And it also turned out that the window tint was NOT too dark, either. It was legal.
Sounds like they were looking for an excuse to stop her.

Doesn’t sound like upstanding member of the community, but I agree, $100k would make more sense.
Be interesting to see what’s in her past, by the way.

I think these road side test kits are rigged to always give positive results. Cotton candy is pure sugar, how does this test get a positive out of that?

She was NOT Arrested, She is the Victim of a FELONY KIDNAPPING and EXTORTION. All Perpetrators should be in Prison, and 100% of their Assets should be Immediately Seized for Restitution, just like everybody else.

I would like to see the deputies who arrested her spend three months in jail for false arrest.

I am adamantly against drugs like meth and heroin and support law enforcement; however, some cops discover small amounts of drugs(even weed) and act like they captured Pablo Escobar.
People have been incarcerated over as little as a seed or old roach.

Well because, I guess, all opioids are sugar based hence the positive reaction. Maybe they were amazed how the cotton candy just seemed to melt right before their eyes and figured that yup, drugs.

Isn’t cotton candy all stringy and fluffy, like cotton? And meth a powder? She should have offered to eat a handful, but they probably wouldn’t have given her that option.

evaluated it using a roadside test kit, which seemed to confirm that it was methamphetamine. These drug test kits have been PROVEN to be beyond inaccurate and this has been known for years.
