Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel on Thursday voiced his support for House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in bid to regain her speakership and discussed what the Democrats need to be doing in the next two year’s of President Donald Trump’s presidency.
The former chief of staff for former President Barack Obama said the next two years need to be spent setting up for 2020 and “dividing” Trump and his Republican base.

This is what they hope to but very soon the tables will be turned on them and they will feel the ire of the American people. All if their efforts will be wasted and will be used against them.

My fear is w/ all this noise they create Trump fatigue w/ the Independents that hated Hillary. This strategy could work. Then add a woman of color candidate that will bring a black turnout like obama had, grab the voters that want a woman, and then add in the white guilt voters and we lose.

Well, it appears in worked somewhat for the 2018 Midterms....even with the cheating by the Democrats in some of the race, enough of the voting public seems to have agreed to this postilion....we have no idea how Congress will react come Jan. onward, Trump/MAGA, is hated by both parties and just may have enough votes to impeach/convict/remove....now with Mitt Romney incoming as a Senator, the NeverTrumpers Rs may feel they can now openly vote to get rid of Trump if/when they are given the chance....

Speaking of which, Ann Coulter has really turned on Trump. It appears to me that she is trying to rationalize her future support of Romney running against Trump in 2 years.

If Rahm Emmanuel were capable of....oh, I dunno….competently running the City of Chicago his opinions might have a little more weight.
