Compare and contrast: Cindy Hyde-Smith was a VERY weak candidate for Senate in Mississippi. She backs President Trump, and he campaigns for her including holding a big rally just before the election. She handily beats the Democrat Espy.

No. 75% of the votes in Arizona are mail in. Those ballots are counted last and take a week or more to count. Most elections are called on projections, not on actual vote counts. In 2014, McSally didn’t win her race for the House until December, when her 161 vote lead increased to 167 in a recount.
I am hearing that Kelli Ward is going to run for AZ RNC Chair. I hope she does.
Good summary. I tried to get people to vote for McSally, but most of us who did were holding our noses while doing so. Not quite as bad as voting for McCain, which required me to rinse my hand in alcohol afterward, and where I voted for the Democrat in his final election.
McSally’s district flipped. After the primary, I had to use the Internet to discover who the GOP candidate was. The GOP pulled funding for the candidate I had never heard of before almost immediately, and the race was lost. Golly, I wonder why?

Not true at all. Adding both Joe and Ward votes together was less than McSally.
I voted for Ward in primary and McSally in general. McSally sucked and I only voted for her because of Trump.
