Are there a couple people in prison, only for pot? Surely yes.
But the vast majority are violent criminals incarcerated because they were guilty of murder, but witnesses were intimidated into providing no testimony.
So the cops send them away on drug or weapons charges —you can’t intimidate drugs or guns into not existing.
All prisoners tell journalists or activists, “I’m only here because of some pot” and the guy is completely festooned with tattoos.
You like pot? GREAT..!
It is not a bill of “Needs”.
It IS a bill of Rights.
If someone wants to challenge, the issue is now ripe. Have the ban be put in abeyance until the challenge is settled.
Let the courts decide. (Guessing it will eventually get to SCOTUS)
We’ll see how the new SCOTUS views the 2nd Amendment.

I suspect there will be quite a few unfortunate boating accidents coming in the next 90 days.
There are MANY more people in prison for very low level drug crimes than there are for murder.
What happens if you lost or threw yours away?
I guess the BATF will knock down your door, kill your dog, maybe shoot you, kill your dog again, and then confiscate your guns as “evidence” when they don’t find the bump stock.

False. Obama put into place mandatory background and other steps for obtaining suppressors and the like that are not authorized by the statute if a trust is used.

They were mostly internet order. They’ve already obtained the credit card orders and the like from the manufacturers/sellers.
So they have a list.
