He is now just an ex-President with no power to counter those who come after him. He is out there trying so desperately to be relevant while shouting: “LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME.”
He hasn’t gotten the one sad reality of being President. You go from being the most powerful person in the world to the most irrelevant the second your replacement takes the oath.
Most deal with it and become elder statesmen. Obama has dealt with it by throwing a narcissistic tantrum.
Personally, I think he harms his cause and the cause of democrats. This last election he went big in Florida, Georgia and Mississippi and all his candidates flopped, BIGLY. That is a very hard thing to take for this man child.
And one more note. If tomorrow, everyone praised GITMO as being the biggest weapon in gathering intel to prevent terror attacks, Obama, who campaigned on closing it would be out there right now, today claiming credit for it.
