Isn’t this the guy that Clinton hung around with all the time and flew on his planes and visited his homes when these girls were around?

I wonder why the article doesn’t mention that?

Isn’t the Acosta guy the cabinet secretary that everyone says might as well be O’Bama’s labor secretary?

Yes, Clinton and many other rich people. Here is a primary source document from the case, Epstein's little black book with the names and phone numbers of many of the rich and famous people he knew:

I wonder why the article doesn’t mention that?

Well no charges were brought against anyone he associated with. You have a rich billionaire who liked to prey on young girls, and also collected rich-and-famous people as friends.

I think most serious newspaper editors would need something more to start connecting them and saying the people he knew were also sex abusers.

The article does say this about his legal team though, and names names there:

Acosta, in 2011, would explain that he was unduly pressured by Epstein’s heavy-hitting lawyers — Lefkowitz, Harvard professor Alan Dershowitz, Jack Goldberger, Roy Black, former U.S. Attorney Guy Lewis, Gerald Lefcourt, and Kenneth Starr, the former Whitewater special prosecutor who investigated Bill Clinton’s sexual liaisons with Monica Lewinsky.

Also, I don't believe that any of the girls who were doing the massage-for-money thing saw anyone other than Epstein. This is what he was prosecuted for:

The girls — mostly 13 to 16 — were lured to his pink waterfront mansion by Wild and other girls, who went to malls, house parties and other places where girls congregated, and told recruits that they could earn $200 to $300 to give a man — Epstein — a massage, according to an unredacted copy of the Palm Beach police investigation obtained by the Herald.

Now the story is that there were similar things going on at Epstein's private island, and that this is where he flew people, some of whom may have participated in the sexual abuse of some other underage girls. But he was never charged with anything at that location, as far as I am aware.

The video covers the "army of abusers", the people implicated and granted immunity who played various enabling roles in Epstein's crimes. It has several tabs. That last tab is titled "Epstein's Connections". This is from that tab:

Jeffrey Epstein had a little black book filled with the names and personal phone numbers of some of the world’s wealthiest and most influential people, from Bill Clinton and Donald Trump to actors, actresses, scientists and business tycoons.

A money manager for the super-rich, Epstein had two private jets, the largest single residence in Manhattan, an island in the Caribbean, a ranch in New Mexico and a waterfront estate in Florida.

But Epstein also had an obsession.

For years, Epstein lured an endless stream of teenage girls to his Palm Beach mansion, offering to pay them for massages. Instead, police say, for years he coerced middle and high school girls into engaging in sex acts with him and others.

Their are then pictures of "associates" that one can click on to learn about their connection with Epstein:

Donald Trump

Trump, the 45th president of the U.S., is Epstein’s neighbor in Palm Beach and former friend who also flew on Epstein’s plane. There has been no evidence that Trump engaged in underage sex activities.

Bill Clinton

Clinton, the 42nd president of the United States, was friends with Epstein and often flew on his plane and visited him on his island. Epstein donated to the Clinton Foundation and various Democratic causes and candidates. However, there has been no evidence that he was involved with underage sex activities.

Prince Andrew

Duke of York. Accused of having sex with one of Epstein’s retinue of girls and remained friends with Epstein until 2010. It was later revealed that Epstein loaned the prince’s ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, $24,000 to pay off some debts.

Leslie Wexner

Billionaire owner of Victoria's Secret and other retail stores. Epstein’s client.

Everyone else profiled was either involved in either the prosecution or defense, or a close personal friend /employee/enabler of Epstein. (They all got immunity.)

Clinton is mentioned just six sentences into the story:
“The eccentric hedge fund manager, whose friends included former President Bill Clinton, Donald Trump and Prince Andrew, was also suspected of trafficking minor girls, often from overseas, for sex parties at his other homes in Manhattan, New Mexico and the Caribbean, FBI and court records show.”
