In K-PAX, Kevin Spacey plays a guy that shows up out of nowhere, Grand Central Station, I think, claiming to be from the planet K-PAX, and gets locked up for evaluation.
Under hypnosis, he makes references to be being a slaughterhouse “knocker” in some Western state.
Weird psychological movie, but worth watching once.
