A House race in California that was previously called in favor of Rep. David Valadao (R-Calif.) has been called into question, with Democrat T.J. Cox pulling ahead Monday in the vote count.
The Associated Press on Monday said it was retracting its call in the race after previously declaring that Valadao had been reelected.
"No new call will be made until the results are certified," the AP wrote in a tweet.

The race in California's 21st Congressional District, which includes the San Joaquin Valley, is the last contested race in the country. Cox holds a 438-vote lead as of Monday, his first lead in the race, according to The Fresno Bee.
The election still hangs in the balance, with thousands of ballots yet to be counted, according to the newspaper. But the newspaper reported that Cox appeared on his way to a victory, which would be the 40th seat that Democrats have flipped in the House.

They won’t stop until they get to 63 flips to surpass Obama in 2010.
It’s only fair. \
Nearly three weeks after the midterms and CA is still counting. In-effing-credible.
I seriously expect, at this point, that Hillary finds enough 2016 votes and kicks Trump out of the White House by the end of December.
a must read!
Right. The main vote was roughly 50/50 but somehow ALL the undercounted votes favor the Dem 80/20 or more. It is mathematically obvious what has to be happening here. I dont think the Republicans care as long as their seat is safe and they are certainly not going to pitch in and help Trump help the people take Their country back.
Imagine that. The dems flipped 40 seats in a fair and honest election.
I don't think so.....
Who are WE and how does one do that in leftist California?? It is a state run election.
“Watch California”
The Dems in action.
What will be revealed?
Sadly its time to nuke California and start fresh
If you don’t mind me asking, what’s happening on Dec 22?
Bookmarked. Thank you.
Yeppers, that's the folks that are coming up from South America, and THAT includes Mexico... Bribery and corruption is their way of life..
Which government report is coming out on Dec 22nd?
The 2020 election is over.
“....The never-ending election.....”
No. It ends when they’ve manufactured enough ballots to get the outcome the communists want. It’s not who votes, but who “counts” the votes.
In this modern digital day and era, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for an election to drag out for weeks....unless it is to cheat. It’s totally asinine. We’re the laughing stock of the world. Those involved in it should be tried, convicted and jailed...like forever.
Yup exactly. They keep counting until they win, even if it takes weeks to do so. What a farce.
Dems has stolen so many races it get crazier by ever election. This has to stop I do not understand why when GOP had control of all three branches in many states and majority in many they did not pass voter ID. Voter ID will not stop all cheating but it will a most of it.
“The election still hangs in the balance, with thousands of ballots yet to be counted”.
This is the scourge of “absentee”, other “mail in” and “provisional ballots”. They, collectively, provide multiple avenues for voting fraud, while taking much longer than prudent to count - due to their volume, and could only be truly vetted by outside indepent audits with access to the original voting registration records.
Only legitimate excuses - health and travel, not mere convenience, should justify a mail in ballot, and if one is so unconcered of a citizen to not register in time, there should be no “provisional” ballots to make up for not having registered.
And yes, I would do away with all the convenient ways of registering, such as at the DMV. They are just more venues for fraud. Get your lazy ass up and go down to your city hall and register.
