That would probably be the single most effective way to stop the flow. A wall on Mexico’s southern border would cost a small fraction of what a wall on the US border would cost.
As I understand it Mexico is the one requiring they remain in Mexico, not the U.S. That means that the Obama judges can’t do anything, they don’t have jurisdiction over Mexico. I think President Trump knew and planned it that way so one of those “non-existent” Obama judges could not stop it.
