I don’t agree very often with Chief Justice Roberts, especially his partisan decisions which seem highly political on Citizens United, Janus, and Shelby.

The qualities required to become a member of Congress have little to do with intelligence, or a desire to improve government and the Republic. Principle rarely enters into what they do.
