Police: Man wearing no pants threw food, assaulted female manager at Whataburger

Houston police are investigating what caused a man to attack a female manager and terrorize workers inside a Whataburger fast food restaurant Thursday. They say the man -- who had no pants on -- also threw chairs and garbage cans, jumped on the counter, and trashed the place. When officers arrived, they were able to get the man in handcuffs but then he collapsed and witnesses say they saw a firefighter perform CPR on the man.
