ummm yeah but the ‘Rats just won the House, so the chances of getting any improvements on this are less than zero.
If any legislation putting the screws to the 9th Circuit requires approval by the House, it ain’t gonna happen...at least not for a couple of years.
Time to call in the Marines!
Traitor Roberts is a #NeverTrumper Judge
Does anyone else realize the golden opportunity Paul Ryan completely pissed away?
Everybody files in the 9th Circuit,” Trump told reporters in Florida.
Q Who filed this lawsuit with the 9th Circuit?
Dissolve this court then re-create without the leftists. It’s been done before, William Mathews Merrick is who was removed this way.
It is utterly the SCOTUS fault for not requiring nationwide orders by District Judges to have been approved by their own Ct. of Appeals or the SCOTUS. Some left wing local hack like J. Susan Dlott, appointed in quid pro quo by Clinton for massive money from her criminal husband, can issue orders to the WH and the POTUS? Absurd.
President Trump deserved a better House, but at least we gave him a Senate that will more quickly confirm his judicial nominations. We need to reelect him and give him a better House. That’s up to us.

Early legal career
As part of Hogan & Hartson's pro bono work, he worked behind the scenes for gay rights advocates, reviewing filings and preparing arguments for the Supreme Court case Romer v. Evans (1996), which was described in 2005 as "the movement's most important legal victory".
The incoming democrat majority in the House is just fine with the Ninth circus.
Thanks Paul Ryan.
