He is only crying about the complete downfall of California.
Tennessee has NO income tax...either personal or corporate.
Another reason they left was because franchisee owners were being put thru up to 24 months to get permits to build stores on land they either owned or had leases.
Paying out mortgage or lease money & being held up that long pushes franchisee people into another path.
Since there are probably no more than 6-8 different store layouts, the stalling on permitting such buildings is ludicrous.
