I suspect that border shut downs are likely to annoy both Mexicans and Americans as there is a lot of cross border business in all the paired towns from employment to trade. Does anyone know how dependent US people are on baby sitters, restaurant/hotel workers, etc. crossing daily from Mexico and going back to sleep in Mexico?? A long shut down would probably not be pretty, and might hurt Trump in areas that are currently his supporters.

California's ruled by Demwit supermajority, effectively a single party state, thinks its above the law, and given the ballot fraud (and the same in Arizona, another border state), it may be -- for now. So, no problems ffor President Trump. The invasion is hitting right now, while the Brown regime is in its futile struggle with this year's wildfire, and everyone's taxes have gone up, and Brown has never met a tax increase he didn't go along with or embrace wholeheartedly, and has already authorized rate increases for electricity due to the losses from the fire. Another 5,000, or 50,000 illegals in California are going to help push the place over the brink.

That is not enough of a reason to allow ILLEGAL immigrants across the border. Everything must be done to lock the border down and prevent illegald.
