President Trump took time off from his long holiday weekend on Wednesday to slam Chief Justice John Roberts, who earlier in the day had rebuked the president for his attacks on the federal judiciary.
“Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have ‘Obama judges,’ and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country. It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an ‘independent judiciary,” the commander-in-chief tweeted from Mar-a-Lago after a round of golf with the legendary Jack Nicklaus.
“[B]ut if it is why are so many opposing view (on Border and Safety) cases filed there, and why are a vast number of those cases overturned. Please study the numbers, they are shocking. We need protection and security – these rulings are making our country unsafe! Very dangerous and unwise!”
Roberts had earlier criticized the president for his scathing criticism of the federal judiciary — praising the longstanding American tradition of judicial independence.
Roberts specifically pushed back against the president’s description of a judge who ruled against his new hardline migrant asylum policy as an “Obama judge.”
“We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges. What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them,” Roberts said in a statement. “That independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.”

From very painful experience in the millions I know first hand that at least a majority of judges are as corrupt as they can be. I’ve often called our Judiciary as a corrupt as any 3rd world country and in ways it is more corrupt. I say “more” because out judges are much more sophisticated at screwing people over behind their back due to bought and paid for allegiance to others.
Yup. Now he defends a judge who makes a mockery out of the rule of law.

Liberals have totally politicized the judiciary and they use it as a weapon to obstruct conservatives. Roberts himself was a demonstrable tool of the left when he manipulated the Obamacare fee into a tax. I glad Trump slammed him. He deserved every word of it.
How rich....Roberts, a blackmailed cuckold who sold out to Obama & changed his opinion in the middle of writing it goes after a real man. His deep state masters must have told him to chirp out this nonsense, or else.
Our so called legal system is more political than legal.
Perhaps it is tactically not the best idea for President Trump to characterize Federal judges as Obama Judges, but Trump is both 100 percent honest and accurate in calling out politicized judges who are making unlawful rulings based on political considerations and issuing unlawful injunctive relief
Roberts time would be much better spent disciplining and reigning in the out of control judges who overstep their authority instead of criticizing the President for telling it like it is. FWIW, President Trump is channeling Justice Clarence Thomas only slightly more discrete comments on the current abuses of judicial power

The Republican Congress and Trump need to end 1040-based taxation of “earned income” effective January 1, 2020.
Trump needs the power to drive hard bargains, like getting the Ninth Circuit judges successfully impeached for its bad behavior.
Roberts was a BIG mistake.
That tweet is very polite and respectful by Trump standards.

The judge was right, the invaders have a right to apply for asylum.
Trump was right too, he has the right and duty not to admit the invaders into the USA as per 8 USC 1182.
Take their names and other identifying information if they make an asylum claim and tell them to stay of the south side of the fence or wall. Hand them I-589s asylum claim forms and erasable ink pens.
Offer the invaders an option to stay in a Camp Seguridad invader holding facility if staying south of the invader barrier doesn’t suit them.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion”
Trump swore to uphold the Constitution and so did the judges.
Warning - Roberts is going to be the new Kennedy.
