Court decisions prove Trump correct. It’s not about what’s constitutional. They line up according to political affiliation. When have Sotomayor, Kagan, and Ginsburg not voted together?

They have their political positions and try to make it fit the constitution.

The Supreme Court is probably less politically divided than most people think. There are a lot of 7-2 to 9-0 decisions inncases that don’t make the news. I read a bizarre report a few months ago that said for the 2017 Supreme Court term, Thomas and Ginsburg voted together more frequently than any other pair of justices. Go figure.
