Here’s where I show my stupidity but I don’t mind because I will be that much less stupid when I know the answer :)
I thought ALL bills originated in the house?
All taxation bills must start there. That’s why the house had to vote the exact Obamacare bill to make it lawful to pass
Did a quick search and found that “Theoretically, any bill can start in either of the Houses of the Congress - tax/spending bills need to be sent to the House because they control the purse strings...but if the House starts a Bill, the Senate reviews/amends it and sends it back so they play ping-pong until all the compromises (torts against the People) have been manufactured....or sumpin’ like dat.
Oh stop, why should that silly thing called the United States Constitution to dictate where all bills should originate from?
Why, that's just an old piece of paper that fat, old, angry white guys care about!
