Actually, as much as I don’t like the decision, it is what the framers had in mind. Change the name from Trump to Obama (or Clinton) and tell me again, how you feel about that. This is only a temporary injunction. Let it go to SCOTUS. But we shouldn’t want SCOTUS to create law, either.

Nonsense.

You can read the Naturalization Act of 1790 and find out precisely what the framers had in mind, since the framers wrote the Act.

It already did. Trump vs Hawaii, which was decided in the President's favor in June of this year.

How many times does the administration have to litigate the same thing?
