This isn’t the Onion or the Babylon Bee? They now think the president has to have the consent of the Senate to appoint an ACTING AG?

And some judge on Guam or in Puerto Rico will agree. Or something. What’s Vlad say since it involves him?

“Whitaker was appointed by Trump to lead the Justice Department after Attorney General Jeff Sessions was forced out of the role earlier this month.”
Wow. I guess Fox News has gone all CNN on us... “forced out” - as if he was a fine Attorney General. Orange man bad!

Installing Matthew Whitaker so flagrantly defies constitutional law that any viewer of School House Rock would recognize it I tried to watch School House Rock, but with every passing minute I could feel my brain cells dying. I figured if I sat through the whole movie I might have ended up as stupid as these three clowns.

And the Special Counsel needs Senate confirmation, as well, does it not?
If so, could this finally be a trap that the President has set? If Whitaker can’t be there without confirmation then neither can Mueller. If Mueller stays then Whitaker stays.
We shall see.
