What does it take to get a U.S. House member to...very publicly threaten to nuke American citizens who want to defend their constitutional rights under the Second Amendment?
Nothing more than pushing back on Twitter against that congressman, Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.)'s proposal from earlier this year to fully ban and buy back every one of what he wants to designate as "assault weapons" with the added bonus of "criminally prosecut[ing] any who choose to defy it."
Rep. Swalwell, willing to make sure the war against any possible American citizen resistance over gun confiscation doesn't fall into the endless quagmire of so many other guerrilla wars of the past century, reminds the citizen that while the government as represented by him wants your guns, it has something far stronger it would be perfectly happy to use if you complain:"The government has nukes. Too many of them. But they’re legit. I’m sure if we talked we could find common ground to protect our families and communities."

There are two ways to look at the profound stupidity of our Democrats.
The first is that they are so laughable that they will eventually be ignored so that they can play with their dolls.
The second is that we should be very worried that substantial portions of the population are so publik skoooooled that they actually think that these cretins should lead us.

If he is threatening possible military action against U.S. citizens he is barking up the wrong tree. He apparently has absolutely no clue where the sentiments of U.S. service members stand. Cannons can always be turned.
Swallows doesn’t literally mean nuking red cities. He means that if communists gain a permanent majority as in CA, they will happily use the police power of the state to confiscate guns. CA and Oregon are already conducting raids under the red flag laws.
What will be the tripwire for we 2A supporters to stand and fight? A federal law outlawing semi automatic weapons?? A confiscation incident gone bad? What will be the last straw?
He’s a sick fantasist. The president would never release a nuclear device for use against our own citizens. I also suspect that in an insurrection the military would side with the right regardless bjof who was president.
But don’t military side with the POTUS and their commanding officers. We have seen one totalitarian regime after another where people will execute their parents and children over government orders...
I guess he doesn’t know that his electricity, water, food and other comforts of life come from/pass through flyover country.
The little people in the city have the power concerns the military and the government have backup generators bunkers and an entourage for key facilities.
