What is preventing these "decorum rules" from being labeled Un-Constitutional by a future judge that uses the similar perverted (Or finds some precedent hiding in the shadows) reasoning that this current judge used?

These Whorespondents operate under privileges, not common law/case law stuff unless you believe our Constitution is a "living document" and can be changed or read into at will.

No Federal judge has the jurisdiction to order the President to issue a Press Pass. This is a horrid precedent on top of many politically inspired outrages against PDJT. It is time for a Constitutional showdown.

Seems to me a good judge would butt out. "This is an executive branch decision. Article I officers decide who is permitted to encroach on executive branch activities. I am an Article III officer. Just as the President cannot tell me how to run my courtroom, so I cannot tell the President how to run his press operations."
