President Trump told the White House press pool on Friday that his legal team finished written responses for Robert Mueller’s questions, but that they have yet to submit them to the Special Counsel.
The President’s written responses to Mueller will reportedly be about alleged ‘Russian collusion,’ not ‘obstruction of justice.’

This is why Mueller has been trying to hold off on sentencing Flynn, Gates, Manafort etc as long as he can.
The idea is to show them the president’s answers and if they are willing to contradict the president, Mueller will go easy in sentencing.
Every answer should have been “YOUR FIRED”
At this point I’ve ceased taking Trump literally. His rhetoric comes from a good place. His ear is in tune with his base - at times it almost feels like he’s reading from this website.
However, with deep state so entrenched 2 years into his administration, so little support from Congress (Linda went back to her RINO self the other day) and the 4th estate, the enemedia, I’m not holding my breath, nor am I hyperventilating.
That ol’ dog has a lot of fight still in him. I expect him to get even more truthful with the American people as these 2 remaining years unwind. A lot of good work will continue behind the scenes like at the DOJ, for example, and judicial nominations that will mold future decisions closer to conservative thought.

Why bother?
The mid-terms are over.
We all know now that the Russia story was a fabrication out of the FBI. Why would anyone give such a fraud any credence or cooperation, especially when it’s a subordinate attempting to defraud his Constitutional superior?
Trump should tell the “Special Counsel” to prepare to be investigated for fraud and sedtion, and be ready to be questioned himself for these crimes.
Big Mistake.
No matter what POTUS replied or how Mueller can easily define part of it as 18 U.S. Code § 1001 giving the House all it needs to Impeach.
He should have begun each sentence with the first letter of the words FU. For example answer:

2. Under normal....
3. Cancel
etc.
Why is he giving Mueller this credibility?
He should be de-classifying the info on the coup plotters, NOW!
