Excellent post! Can’t believe you’ve had no responses to your post.
From experience you don’t give the control of the microphone to the person asking a question in this type of forum.
You either keep control of the mic by letting someone you trust hold it in front of them while they are talking or have the ability to cut it off remotely.
True dat.
we are truly upside down...
Like button pressed.
Now we have another ruling in an area where the judge has absolutely no authority at all. Will Trumps legal advisors tell him he must comply? God help us.
Which is why we keep losing.
Although the White House briefings often descend into farce with the opposition media, I still don’t like the idea that clown propagandist Acosta would have caused the White House to make any changes at all. If they get rid of the current briefings, it should be at some other time and have nothing to do with the prima donna from CNN. Changing how the press is briefed may be a great idea, but Acosta would love and play up being so influential if he’s the cause.
There is a simple solution without giving Acosta a victory: keep fighting this case as far as they can, while totally ignoring the bully, even if they are currently forced to accept his presence. They can easy treat him as if he isn’t present. He should never be anywhere near a mic again in the White House while Trump is president. (Of course, if CNN had any ethics, objectivity, or professionality, he would have been fired long ago, but that’s a different issue.)
Trump should tell the Judge he has no authority to run his press conferences. To obey this judge's order is to confirm his authority over the President. That is a very bad move. Can anyone tell me when District Judges were granted these super power authorities? These judges used to only have authority in their own district.
Do not let that man back into a press conference period.
One hell of a bad precedent. That black-robed tyrant must have been compromised. Yes, I saw he was appointed by Trump. Sad.
*I* told you, CNN would win this round. Maybe not the war.
Ok, maybe he can’t be barred from the White House. However, I’m sure he can be pulled aside by the Secret Service for “additional screening” right before the press conference begins.
We should all demand White House Press Credentials now. Hey, we have a First Amendment right just like Jim Acosta does!!!
Treason was very narrowly defined in the Constitution. What the black-robed tyrant decided is not treason.
Sad indeed and it sounds like (from a verbal snip it on Fox Business) Trump is going to comply by having the WH draft procedures governing reporter behavior and an appeal process. I didn’t hear anything about an appeal.
Keep in mind this was a temporary order until the issue is fully litigated.
I simply cannot understand how a judge can make such a decision or why the WH should comply with the judgment... next judges will tell POTUS they must allow ISIS and MS13 into the WH.
More evidence of the breakdown of our Republic! 🗽
We’re not always losing.
We’re winning on appeal. And We’re changing tactics as necessary to appease the court and accomplish the same thing.
Trump doesn’t need to set himself up to be impeached by ignoring the courts. You now have a Rat house hoping to impeach. And there’s enough RINO’s and NeverTrumpers in the Senate, that you just don’t want to give them a reason that the RINO’s can use as an excuse to side with the rats.

err: Nothing about a court appeal.
