I wouldn't defy the judge.

Which is why we keep losing.

We’re not always losing.

We’re winning on appeal. And We’re changing tactics as necessary to appease the court and accomplish the same thing.

Trump doesn’t need to set himself up to be impeached by ignoring the courts. You now have a Rat house hoping to impeach. And there’s enough RINO’s and NeverTrumpers in the Senate, that you just don’t want to give them a reason that the RINO’s can use as an excuse to side with the rats.

"Yeah, it’s fine. I mean, it’s not a big deal," Trump told Wallace. "What they said though is that we have to create rules and regulations for conduct, etc., etc. We’re doing that. We're going to write them up right now. It’s not a big deal. And if he misbehaves, we’ll throw him out, or we’ll stop the news conference."

So Acosta gets a second chance and the White house has to write the rules of conduct into policy. If he behaves that's a win. If he doesn't behave, he gets thrown out again and that's a win. If any other reporter misbehaves, there will now be rules and the white house can act immediately and that's a win.
