Democrats hope a manual recount will overturn the results of Florida’s Senate election and pave the wave for Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson to keep his Senate seat.
Boy, if Scott pulls this off, I hope the drama and angst of the last week has taught him a strong lesson. Maybe he’ll be the one to take on the project of cleaning up the election process which caused him personal misery. It was the drama and angst of the process, PLUS the sure knowledge that his own ineptness was at least 50% responsible for the mess. Maybe sheer guilt will motivate him to do something.
