Joe Scarborough: Nancy Pelosi fanboy.
On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough scolded Democrats seeking to prevent Pelosi from becoming Speaker. Joe repeatedly praised Pelosi as highly "competent," and analogized her to Alex Cora, manager of the World Series-winning Red Sox. Scarborough said that dumping Pelosi:
"would really be like the Red Sox asking if they were going to keep Alex Cora or not . . . Why get rid of your Alex Cora after a championship season?"

A problem for the Republicans has been that their Congressional image is a bunch of bland old white guys in gray suits, who can get nothing done.
The Democrat Congressional image will be much more memorable. They will be the crazy drunks at the party that people try to creep away from. They will get even less than nothing done.
If Pelosi has trouble winning a majority, the Republicans should add a few votes.

Gee whiz Joe, Pelosi lost the House through most of Obama's presidency. Guess results don't mean much, do they? Her big achievement was the Fedgov taking over 1/6th of our economy that limited our choices for Health Care.
Joey, since I no longer call you and your ilk Liberals, as in JFK who was more right than many modern Rinos, you are all now SOCIALISTS to me. Look up the word.
So once you get your Socialist/Communist Utopia and the USA turns into Venezuela, Cuba, Soviet Union, etc., what will you say then? "It wasn't done right" again?
