They should:
clean her
sand blast her down to bare metal
apply Bondo
sand
bake
apply more Bondo
primer coat
wet sand
primer again
and then lay down 2 coats of red
bake
light sand
go over with a green tinted clear-coat
Then I'd mount some chrome reveals with baby moons on her.
