At an impromptu press conference Saturday afternoon, U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz stood on the back of a moving van filled with boxes labeled “pallets of ballots” and called for the removal of Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes.
Gaetz said the boxes upon boxes of paper behind him on the truck approximated the more than 80,859 ballots that “materialized out of thin air” in Broward County and were added to statewide vote totals since election day.
The Broward County Supervisor of Elections has not explained where the votes came from. In response, Florida Governor Rick Scott filed a lawsuit demanding access to public records related to the counting process. A Broward County judge ruled in his favor late yesterday afternoon.
The 80,000 newly added ballots have thrown the state election process into chaos, and triggered mandatory recounts for the U.S. Senate race, Governor’s race, and Commissioner of Agriculture race. Scott leads incumbent Senator Bill Nelson by 12,562 votes, Ron DeSantis leads Andrew Gillum by 33,684 votes. In the race for Agriculture Commissioner, Nikki Fried gained almost 50,000 votes from Broward County since Tuesday evening, to take the lead over Matt Caldwell by just 5,326 votes.
Caldwell has made it clear he expects a full accounting from the Broward County elections office as to where all the extra votes came from. Caldwell’s campaign pointed out that on Election night with over 98% of precincts reporting statewide, his lead was over 42,000 votes, with fewer than five precincts remaining to report from Broward County. The five largest precincts have a combined total of 33,000 registered voters, making it mathematically impossible for Fried to win the election, even if every registered voter cast a ballot and she won every single vote cast in the remaining open precincts.
Statewide turnout was below 70%, making Caldwell’s election night lead insurmountable. But Broward County’s Brenda Snipes wasn’t following state law.
It took attorneys for Caldwell’s campaign more than 14 hours to successfully serve a subpoena to Snipes. The Caldwell campaign said she ducked service several times over the past two days and refused to accept the subpoena. Caldwell’s legal team has asked for all public records including vote totals, executive team communications and any communications with third parties about counting of ballots. Caldwell’s team hopes to produce a forensic reconstruction of where the ballots came from in order to determine if newly discovered ballots added between Wednesday and Saturday are legitimate and legal.

What was going on with that rented truck Getz videotaped? I’m guessing that is where the extra 80,000 ballots came from.
Removing Snipes is like having a giant tumor that is spreading into all your vital organs and cutting your hair to deal with it.
The Republicans had two years to come up with a suitable voter ID law but the Ryan and McConnell didn’t care if voter fraud exists. Now it’s too late as the Dems can’t win elections without fraud.
We are changing the old mantra from:
Democrats follow no laws.
Republicans have no balls
To:
Lock Her Up.
Snipes has strong ties with their crooked sheriff Israel and DWS that is all tied up in the Clinton scandals
If it’s that simple a judge should be able to see that and throw it out.
The damage is done and every MINUTE .... think about that ... it only takes a minute .... every minute wasted persuing this or that, allows another vote to be slipped in, another vote to be shredded, another document forged.
And will she go to jail ?
HAIL no.
In a righteous world, when it is proven she robbed good people of their rightful election, she should be forced to make financial restitution for the job that politician would have had
Miselection to be voided
All votes to be declared null and the entire county disregarded
If it’s that simple a judge should be able to see that and throw it out.

In Broward Cty.?? surely you jest.. A judge wouldn’t dare... he/she would find a procedural way to kill the complaint.
Rep. Gaetz was nearly arrested. The BSO were dressed like SWAT team surrounding the Snipes’ Election Office and encircled the truck. “Move along now, ya better behave.”
And there’s the same in Palm Beach, minus our the 3-ring circus outside that has been relentless since Friday. #StoptheSteal & a loose group of unrelated Florida patriots camp all day in Snipe’s parking lot.

What are they afraid of? The Palm Beach Supervisor of Elections told the media if they didn’t turn their cameras off, she was going to have them arrested — that’s the type of thing you would expect in a communist or fascist dictatorship.

Snipes is a symptom not the cause of the systemic metastasis.
Between massive voter fraud and massive open borders, our country is becoming third world whether we believe it or not....
Indeed, Snipes is just the tip of the iceberg on Rat election fraud that has been stealing dozens of our elections.
She can be ground Zero, since she is so dumb at cheating and poor at hiding her trails.
So are we just going to watch this and do nothing? This is the war !!!!!! Trump needs to understand this is it we fight this now and I mean in the streets or it’s over. THIS IS IT!!!!!!
Behind the tumor-Snipes- lie many more tumors- whom are willing and ready to assume her position to destroy us.
Clearly they have metastasized and all we can do is fight like hell, forever.
Forever may end up being 2020.
