Well this goes above and beyond my usual patriotism, but I did hear it was excellent and I have a few credits to buy books.

An all out citizens tax strike sounds great.
Claim 15 dependents at the beginning of the year and refuse to pay at the end.
Only thing is the few that do it will think ALL did it and they will go to prison :(
