Democrat lawyers have descended on Florida in order to steal the Senate and Governor elections from Republicans.
Hillary Clinton, Perkins Coie and other DC swamp dwellers are now working round the clock to install their radical left-wing candidates.
In a series of urgent tweets, Senator Rubio said late Tuesday evening that Democrat lawyers are actually asking a judge to change Florida election laws AFTER the election in order to steal the Senate and Governor seats.
RUBIO: “Imagine if NFL team was trailing 24-22 but in final seconds hits a 3 pt kick to win. Then AFTER game lawyers for losing team get a judge to order rules changed so that last second field goals are only 1 point…Well that’s how democrat lawyers plan to steal Florida election”
“For example, Florida law requires that the voter signatures on mail ballots match the signature of the voter, but Dem lawyers are asking a judge to throw that law out & force Florida to count ballots with signatures that don’t match the voter signature on file,” Senator Rubio explained.
RUBIO: “Florida law requires a manual recount of “undervotes” in close races & provides a clear standard for determining whether a voter intended to vote for a candidate.”
“Now Dem lawyers want a judge to order Florida to ignore this intent standard when reviewing “undervotes”” Rubio added.
“In short, Dem lawyers came to Florida to get judges to change Florida elections laws, AFTER the election. That isn’t a strategy to win an election, that is a strategy to steal an election,” Rubio said.

Apparently not. Those liberal idiots STILL voted for the democrats that won back the house despite all the chaos of the Kavanaugh hearing. If it didn’t affect their votes just weeks before the election in 2018, there is little hope it will affect them in 2020.

Create enough Chaos and Mayhem during the vote count to get the election tossed into the House Of Reps as stated in the Constitution, with the existing Dem majority in the House will elect who ever they want, as the new House won’t be in place till Jan 2021 and the House and Senate races tied up in the same SNAFU.
SO create the Coup via Election Chaos and Judge shop to get Judge to re-write the rule book on the fly.

What is the Florida standard on counting undervotes? In principle, an undervote should not count. Canvassers should not be imputing a vote on ballots that the voter left blank.

One cannot assume that a person who voted all Dem meant to vote Dem for the race they omitted. In Maryland tens of thousands of people voted all dem except for the governor’s race. Our returning R governor ( sadly, not a conservative or pro-Trump but as good as MD could probably ever elect) has done a good job and the Dems ran a weak candidate.
You are correct only the Democrats will never be able to implement this strategy ever again.
It WOULD be nice at this point if Mr. Trump would do something other than issue strongly worded tweets.
Care to elaborate? What do you think that the US President can do about a State election where the problem is several local counties? Do you believe in Federalism? This is one of the costs of Federalism, that the central government cannot just (sorry) trump local authority!
Actually, I think after my suggestion has occurred...the media will shift and try to convince everyone to dump the Electoral College...in that ‘it’ was designed in a faulty way, and only by public vote results...can we find a resolution.
All of this is designed to introduce us to the alternate method...using the House as the vehicle to deliver us a Presidency.
