So are you saying solar activity can influence the global temperature of the Earth?

Call me skeptical ...

Environmentalist ‘experts’ tell us that the Sun, which is larger than 1.3 MILLION Earths, has nothing to do with our climate, but your 15 foot SUV does...............

Call me skeptical ...

During periods of low sunspots or no sunspots solar radiance decreases. Also with the reduced magnetic field and solar wind more cosmic rays penetrate the earths atmosphere. When these rays hit the atmosphere they ionize some of it. These ions serve as a "seed" for water vapor droplets and thus form greater cloud cover than normal. The greater cloud cover reflects more sunlight back into space.

1 Less radiance from the sun = less heat.
2. More sunlight reflected back into space = less heat.
