That’s surprising. I always heard that men pay higher auto insurance premiums.
Maybe that guy heard the same rumor. lol
I believe it depends on your age...young men do pay more, I believe, and very likely for good reason. But I believe things swing around as we get older.
LOL, if my mother is any indication...I can believe that.
I recall one time she insisted on driving somewhere, which I agreed to (I had a lifetime of deliberately surrendering my safety when she drove cars, I achieved a level of zen-like peace by putting myself in God’s hands and being ready to accept whatever happened!)
As we drove down a road, she put on the brakes, right in the middle of the road (with no warning or preamble) and turned to me and said “Would you mind driving?” and then, without waiting for an answer, with the car smack dab in the middle of the road and cars whizzing by in the opposite lane, opened the door and got out!
Boy, my mom sure did have personality...she has been gone a long time now, and I sure miss her, but I was relieved when she decided to let me do the driving when we went anywhere!
