I think we have 52 and 53 if Scott wins. We won 3 and days flipped 2. Then there is a run off in MS
So the MOST we can have is 53 or can MS make it 54?
53 gives us weasel room for three weasels.

The Florida recount and the Mississppi runoff are huge. If the r’s are at 53, reduces the power of Romney, Murkowski nd Collins just a bit.
That’s correct. If Scott wins, we will have flipped FL, ND, IN and MO. Meanwhile the Dems flipped NV and AZ. So we would go from 51 to 53. That would be enough to make the votes of Collins, Murkowski and Romney irrelevant for the next 2 years. So Amy Barrett should then be easily confirmed if Trump gets another SCOTUS vacancy.
Overall, there were 35 Senate seats up, and with FL we won 11 of them. It only doesn’t look like an overwhelming loss because the Dems went in already holding 26 of them.
