Good news is that NYS will likely lose another House district or two after the next census That is true. They will both come from upstate and western NY. Gerrymandered in such a way as to guarantee a democRAT replaces the current republican so that we can sink even further into third-world status.

If democrats keep the State Senate in 2020 then losing seats is not good news, the democrats will make sure they are GOP seats.
