It looks VERY #$##ing obvious to me where to vote for senator.

Is the FL average IQ hovering around 75??

I didn’t think so.

It’s NOT POSSIBLE that I would NOT notice that I didn’t vote for senator.

So #$@## this nonsnese.

In fact, this is the first time I saw this sheet and I thought before that MAYBE it was possible to miss it.

It’s RIGHT THERE OUT IN THE OPEN!!!

I agree that it is NOT confusing. And for anyone to suggest that some Dems “meant to vote” for the Dem candidate, but just missed that box is ridiculous.

If this layout is really too complicated for them, then they have no business voting, IMHO.

Another point is that, are they saying the GOP voters could find that box, but the Dem voters could not? It seems like it should have had the same impact, if, in fact, the voters could not locate the box for Senator votes.

I didn’t miss anything on the ballot. Does the author think people who don’t even know who is running or who they are going to vote for until thy open their ballot in the mail are really disenfranchised or are just too lazy to vote anperhaps dumb enough or so apathetic they shouldn’t vote anyway?

LOL. What a joke! It’s hard to see the spot to vote for senator? Laughable! Then I must be a frigging genius because I’ve seen and voted easily from many ballots like that. Idiots! Let’s keep dumbing down our country for a bunch of morons.

Having lived down there, and actually being (I know, an endangered species), a native Floridian, I can tell you that most of the people I’ve met down there in Broward (where I lived from 1984 to 1992) appear to have had their brains melted by the extreme heat and most of those who are long-term locals have their skinned properly cooked. I’ve seen women who were in their mid-80’s and brown, and were obviously as caucasian as can be, and yet, they had cooked. I hated shaking hands with the older people there.

We lived in a small little conservative town in the north part of Broward county.

We had a Century Village (affectionately known as Cemetary Village). There were about 30,000 residents of the retirement community. The town had 60,000 voters and about 70,000 residents. Every election cycle, we had votes that were for the Dems and Reps. It didn’t matter what we wanted. Even if you had 90% participation outside the Village, and it was 90% Republican, they still lost due to the 100% participation and 99.97% Democrat participation.

They would fill out the ballots for the retirees, had polling places inside the village, and wheel them out. Frankly, it was a voter mill. Most of the people there didn’t like the mayor, but they still voted for her. Why? Because that’s what they were told to do.

Indeed, the first choice for the voters is below the BALLOT INSTRUCTIONS in the left column. Clearly, the format is intended to be read left-to-right, column-style (like a Scantron test answer sheet, for example).

My ballot in north Texas looked very similar. I had no problem finding all the candidates and marking the ballot as I wished. These people really don't care how stupid they look, as long as they can stir up trouble.

I don’t see anything wrong with the ballot either.
But people are soooooo stupid.
