Pam Bondi asks state police to investigate Rick Scott’s claims of voter fraud
Tampa Bay Times ^ | 11/11/18 | Lawrence Mower

"Your duty to investigate this matter is clear," Bondi wrote to FDLE, even though state officials have found no evidence of fraud.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi leaned on state police to open an investigation into Gov. Rick Scott's claims of voter fraud in his U.S. Senate race, even though police and elections officials say they've found no evidence of fraud.

In a sharply-worded letter to Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Rick Swearingen, Bondi wrote that she was "deeply troubled" that he hadn't opened an investigation.

"Your duty to investigate this matter is clear," Bondi wrote. "I am directing you to take the necessary steps to promote public safety and to assure that our state will guarantee integrity in our election process."

Scott, whose U.S. Senate race against Sen. Bill Nelson hangs on the results, had asked FDLE to investigate "rampant fraud" there during a Thursday news conference. He provided no evidence of fraud and was making that request as a candidate, not as governor.

The full letter must be available somewhere on a Florid.gov website. I have seen snapshots of it. But I have no link.

So it turns out that the Florida department of state, and the State police are doing absolutely nothing to investigate.

even though state officials have found no evidence of fraud...

Did they even look?

And is this paper usually so one sided?

officials have found no evidence of fraud

Wait, what! What about the affidavit from a poll worker that they were filling out blank ballots without poll watchers? What about the judge that found they were violating the open records act? The msm is fully involved with this corruption.

Chuck Schumer ‏Verified account SenSchumer "Governor Scott and President Trump are spewing baseless claims of voter fraud in Florida. But Governor Scott’s own appointees are saying no evidence of fraud exists."

“finding” ballot boxes that were not missing. Violations of chain of custody of ballot boxes like moving them in private vehicles and rental trucks, lack of supervision of the process. I’m sure it is all on the up and up. No evidence of fraud here!

If she has, it is just for show to fool the peons. If she was sincere, she would have done it last week when it began. In matters such as these, time is of the essence.

Use the accurately-counted, professionally-handled ballots from Fla’s remaining 65 counties to declare the winners.
BUT publicly throw out ALL ballots cast Nov 6th in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

<><>ALL voters in the two counties have now been “disenfranchised”
they should ALL file lawsuits against elections officials in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
.....

<><> name as defendants the specific parties responsible for (a) ballot irregularities, (b) the Provisional Ballots box
a teacher miraculously “found” at Miramar's Sunshine Elementary School, and, (C) the ones in the back of the rental truck.

<><> Last but not least, the State should remove Brenda Snipes and appoint a State-level bureaucrat to proceed.

=================================

For 15 years, Snipes has served as Broward County’s elections chief, with mixed results. Long lines
and vote counts continued long after polls closed marred elections in 2002, 04, 06, 12, 16 and this year.

Among other issues:

-- A court ruled she had broken federal election law when she destroyed ballots from Debbie W/S's 2016 election 12 months later.

-- She let off a medical marijuana amendment on some ballots in 2016.

-- Election results in the 2016 primary were posted on her elections office’s website before polls closed, a violation of election law.

-- In 2012, almost 1,000 uncounted ballots were discovered a week after the election

-- In 2004, some 58,000 mail-in ballots were not delivered to voters, leaving election officials to scramble to send new ones....[snip]

Republicans say she is incompetent at best, corrupt at worst, and that she needs to go. Even Pres Trump weighed in, tweeting,
“In 2016, I was winning by so much in Florida that Broward County, which was very late with vote tabulation
probably getting ready to do a ‘number on me,’........ couldn’t do it because not enough people live
in Broward for them to falsify a victory!”... [snip] (Excerpt) Read more at sun-sentinel.com ...

NOTE: Candidate Hillary got busted for having secret meetings with Snipes.

You mean to tell me that not abiding with election guidelines, or deadlines set by the State, and not securing all ballots within immediately after polls closed, thus allowing "lost" ballots to suddenly be "found" isn't fraud? Bull$hit!

The fact that it happens all the time without anything being done about it, is fraud in itself.

Well you have to weigh being called a racist over letting dems steal an election. How O’muslim ‘served’ for 8 years. How europe is being invaded and conquered by muzzies. That charge of racism is a doozy. /rolleyes

even though state officials have found no evidence of fraud

Electoral fraud, sometimes referred to as election manipulation or vote rigging, is illegal interference with the process of an election, either by increasing the vote share of the favored candidate, depressing the vote share of the rival candidates, or both.

In national elections, successful electoral fraud can have the effect of a coup d'état or corruption of democracy. In a narrow election, a small amount of fraud may be enough to change the result. Even if the outcome is not affected, the revelation of fraud can have a damaging effect, if not punished, as it can reduce voters' confidence in democracy.

Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda C. Snipes
<><> on Tuesday said that 634,000 votes had been cast,
<><> then by Thursday, Snipes was claiming 712,840 ballots had been cast.

Clearly, her team had manufactured and forged votes and planted them in schools, and elsewhere, in case Republicans won.
Snipes has broken election laws to get Democrats in....and scummy Democrats are aiding and abetting this voter fraud.

========================================

This is an active crime scene-----put up the yellow tape.

<><> seize all ballots

<><> seize all of the evidence from the criminal Snipes.

<><> interrogate and investigate those that “found” ballots,

<><> if they won’t cooperate, charge them.

<><> this is organized crime---start the RICO charges.

<><> voters' free speech is under attack.

Broward and Palm Beach officials' election practices may have violated state and federal laws that may include, but are not limited, to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.

<><> Full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) are warranted because (1) the persons (2) are employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and, (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) voters were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Voters should demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:
<><> FBI — Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Fraud Unit
<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJ’s Criminal Division— Public Integrity Section
<><> DOJ Criminal Division—Organized Crime and Gang Section.
