If she did actually prevent legitimate GOP observers how is any of Broward County’s ballots even legitimate after that point?

I live in North Florida and I have often been a GOP poll watcher, but the last time I did so was in my county during the first Obama election. If you’re a poll watcher, you have to be approved by your party and the board of elections, get trained and assigned to a precinct. You watch the voting and object if there’s a problem.

I lived in a Dem county (Alachua, because of the university) for a couple of years and was a poll watcher there.

The Dems had a huge lawyer presence in the polling places and were trying to intimidate the poll watchers. The DNC had also sent all GOP poll watchers an email virtually threatening to sue us for being poll watchers and reporting anything, and the RNC had to send us a message saying the couldn’t do this. However, some GOPers did get scared and drop out.

I complained once about somebody going in to “vote” a mentally handicapped person from the local facilty, part of a group of residents brought in on an SEIU union paid bus. I did not complain about the black church busses coming in with the elderly, confused parishioners with their pre-checked sample ballots, which I think were being handed to them as they got off the bus.

I moved to St Johns county and volunteered as a poll watcher again, and that year the GOP poll watcher data base got hacked just before the election so they couldn’t assign us and we couldn’t officially monitor anything. The RNC made some feeble attempts to support us and the local chair was on the phone with headquarters but essentially there was no GOP official presence monitoring the election sites. I think the whole thing should have been declared void, but the GOP never challenges anything.
