Unfortunately not much better. We are still enslaved by Ca because we still own that original 100 acre property. Now that Ca has destroyed and and all incentive to come there and do business we can’t sell the property.
It is now worthless and no one wants to buy it because of all the ridiculous regulations they will have to comply with if they ever plan to do anything with it. Been trying since 2000 to sell it, no one wants it just because it is in Ca.
I’m going to end up walking away from everything my family invested there for a hundred years just to break that leash of oppression and finally be rid of them.
Trust me when I say that you are better off living in a tent somewhere else than to stay in, or move to Ca. Like I say... I’m going to write a book about this atrocity.
