Well, one would have (wrongly) thought that after the Bush v gore fiasco this area would be more highly scrutinized. Not just a change in voting methods but tighter observation.

Gov. Scott and others deserve ridicule for not fixing this a long time ago. They knew about all this criminality.
Scott owes a big apology to all the people who voted for him.
