Does Scott feel that if he suspends Snipes, it will look like a political move instead of an executive decision? And if there happens to be a revote (which I don’t even know is possible), he would lose support of the moderates? Just a guess.

Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz revealed Friday on Fox News. “That very same court order ruled that Snipes violated

Who qualifies for a recount and what type of recount is based on Tuesday votes .

Does anyone know the rules regarding oversight of the ballots? Is Snipe’s office the only ones allowed to oversee the handling of the ballots?
Since there was a 30,000 undervote for US Senate, could persons in Snipe’s office be fervently filling in the circle for Nelson on those ballots?
