The election crisis in Broward County spiraled further out of control Friday when elections supervisor Brenda Snipes defied a court order to allow state officials to inspect the voter records she’s been handling.
“That was supposed to be complied with by 7:00. The lawyers for Brenda snipes will not allow our team to come in and comply with the court order,” Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz revealed Friday on Fox News.
“That very same order ruled that Brenda Snipes violated the Florida Constitution by not allowing access to these important records.”

It is possible that the strategy is to simply certify the Tuesday night totals. With no way to count legitimate versus questionable ballots, the US Senate would seat the certified winner.
The court fights could go on later without holding up the declaration and acceptance of Scott as the winner.
They say no one is above the law.

Next the announced total voters was 712,840 voters that amounts to 4 million 277 thousand and forty pages of ballots. Item next there are more No Political Affiliation registered voters than republicans last fact for every democrat voter it takes 2.25 republicans to match them Reg Dems 593,540 Repubs 252,023 No party affiliation 328.868......do you now understand what is going on??????

Plus her staff is all black. Except for one white guy in the photo. Snipes is violating affirmative action laws or fair hiring laws.
Looks to me like a cabal of Broward county Blacks in Snipes office trying to disenfranchise white voters statewide in Florida. How do I know this. Because blacks voted their usual 95% Democrat against Scott and Desantis.

The state can remover her and her top staffers and run the office until such time that her replacement is selected. Everyone assumes her actions are only against Scott...its not. Lot of other local candidates on that ballot too. What are her motives for defying the court and the State of Florida? PS: Its not incompetence.
No revote!
That is like saying, "You lost the election, but since we caught you cheating, you get a second chance."
A revote would make things less fair. There is a nationwide standard single election day for a reason.
If you let one highly partisan county have a second chance at voting after the results are already known for the other counties, then it will be unfair to voters in all other counties. Instead of 50% turnout, you might get 95% turnout, because the voters will already know the results of the other counties. The votes in Broward county would essentially count more than votes in other counties, and Broward county voters would get to determine the statewide elections.
The votes in the Broward county are "spoiled ballots." The people in the county have themselves to blame for allowing a known corrupt official to manage the election. The voters put Snipes in that position so she would cheat.
If we allow Broward county to revote, then we are allowing them to get away with fraud and we will encourage future fraud nationwide.

And that's why we are going to lose unless we face the truth full on. Many of these politicians on BOTH sides are controlled by big money and behind-the-scenes political influence, aka, Deep State. Remember Snipes was a Jeb Bush pick, and she's been allowed to stay in place, even though there has been lots of evidence against her. She has some very powerful supporters, and she's willing to do their bidding. They will do anything to crush us and bring down Trump, who is OUR president. You wonder why Sherrif Israel won't arrest her? He's afraid to.
