If there is no “clear controlling authority” why do we even have “provisional ballots”? If you can’t get your dumb ass out and register properly this country doesn’t need your vote. Or if circumstances such as a move prevent you from registering too bad, you could have voted absentee where you are previously registered legally. Provisional ballots are just one leftist monkey wrench thrown in to an already chaotic situation.

The GOP has had 18 years - 18! - to clean up the "no controlling legal authority" canard, and yet, we are getting a repeat of that BS. The Democrats must laugh every time they look across the aisle at the GOP - it's a bunch of Biffs vs. a bunch of George McFlys.
