I was referring to the damaged ballots they changed when they transfered them to a fresh ballot. Which they did in secret and not with witnesses like they were supposed to.

I say that in view of how we have all watched people like Ted Kennedy, Bob Menendez, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Alcee Hastings, Harry Reid and so many more thrive in government while none around them would dare raise an honest voice to call them out. I think corruption and fraud is endemic in government and will never be overcome or shunned.
