Actor Ashton Kutcher responded to Wednesday’s shooting in Borderline Bar & Grill by begging Ivanka Trump to convince her father to push “gun control now.”

Kutcher used Twitter to explain that he celebrated his most recent birthday party at Borderline, tweeting, “My wife threw me a birthday party this year at the Borderline. Only reason we are alive is the shooter chose a different night. My heart goes out to the victims. I’ll say it again… Gun Reform Now! Politicians need to stop standing behind the dollar & Protect the people!”

That’s just as effective as pushing Lightning Control, to stop California wildfires.

“”Politicians need to stop standing behind the dollar””

Any statement along those lines is always good for a laugh. A few months ago it was the NRA that was in “it” for the money. Whatever fits! Of course politicians don’t depend on the big bucks from Hollywood, do they? Does Hollywood withhold them? Not on your life..

If he’s worried about going out to dinner and having some crazy interrupt his evening, he might want to consider carrying a weapon. You might think he would be telling himself I should be armed! EXCEPT no doubt he has security who do HAVE GUNS - OH! MY!

He can worry about Ashton while the president and the rest of us will take care of ourselves!

Kelso - “I’ll say it again… Gun Reform Now”

Ok, once you put down the bong, tell me exactly what reform do you want?

Name it specifically, and where it’s allowed via the US Constitution.

I’ll wait, but you can hold your breath while you’re thinking of it, slick.

It is illegal to murder people too but that never stops someone who is a criminal. Logic escapes celebs. The democrats want to take around weapons so they can take away your other rights.

Ashton: Respectfully as I possibly can:

The guns are NOT the problem. The mentally ill people that NO ONE will put into places away from the rest of the population are the problem. Family members hide them & then lament that ‘no one would help them’ when all Hell breaks loose. If you really wish to help—get behind reopening the mental hospitals that the ACLU forced Reagan to close in the 80’s. You’re too young to recall that, but it happened. Now—those crazy people are in the general population & like my Dad used to say-—THEY ARE IN THE SAME GROCERY STORE YOU ARE IN!!! They don’t wear flashing red lights, either.

I was raised with 3 brothers. My dad, all 3 brothers & I all had guns. There were probably 9 long guns in the house. No handguns. Rural Wisconsin. Never had a problem with anyone misusing any of those guns.

I am much older than you, Ashton—Happy Birthday—and the people I know with guns have NEVER caused a problem & NEVER would. The gun is an inanimate object. The crazy behind the trigger finger is the problem.

Please take a step back & stop the emotional part of your argument. There are millions of Americans who have guns & have NEVER caused a single problem with them for anyone else.

Now that would be a no-go for 2020! That would be one way to get a Democrat president and Congress for sure, and I’d help!

So no gun control. Voters won’t allow it.

"Same BOR that lets you spew BS like a fire hose..."

I'm not so sure about that. The Bill of Rights is a good thing in my opinion.

Sure Ashturd. Tell you what, demand a 100% gun violence ban in all Hollywood tv and movies, as well as all video games, and we’ll let California ban guns from everyone ...except criminals who don’t care about gun control laws! Smoke a few bombs, it’ll all make sense.

Ashton has the brains of a canned ham. He started out as a children’s clothing model and it’s been downhill since then.

Has his House been RAIDED by the SWAT Team?? He ADMITTED to what appears to be in FELONY POSSESSION OF A GUN!!! https://www.theblaze.com/news/2018/11/09/hollywood-actor-tweets-in-support-of-gun-control-accidentally-admits-to-breaking-ca-law “My friend gave me a gun as a gift in the parking lot of the borderline on my birthday,” he claimed. “I’ve never shot it. I don’t think I ever will.❤️to the families of the lost. Change is coming.” https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/pubfaqs#18 Can I sell a gun directly to another person (i.e. non-dealer)? Generally, no. This type of transaction is referred to as a “private party transfer” and must be conducted with both parties, in person, through a fully licensed California firearms dealer. Failure to do so is a violation of California law. The purchaser (and seller if the purchaser is denied), must meet the normal firearm purchase and delivery requirements. Firearms dealers are required to process private party transfers upon request but may charge a fee not to exceed $10 per firearm for conducting the transfer. For example: For a private party transfer involving one or more handguns, the total allowable fees, including the DROS, safety, and dealer transfer fees, are not to exceed $35.00 for the first handgun and $31.00 for each additional handgun involved in the same transaction. For private party transfers involving one or more long guns, or a private party transfer involving one handgun, the total allowable fees, including the DROS, safety, and dealer transfer fees, are not to exceed $35.00. The dealer may charge an additional dealer-service fee of up to $10.00 for each additional firearm. "Antique firearms," as defined in section 921(a)(16) of Title 18 of the United States Code, and curio or relic rifles/shotguns, defined in section 478.11 of Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations, that are over 50 years old, are exempt from this requirement. For additional exceptions, refer to Penal Code sections 27850 through 27966. (Pen. Code, § 27545.)

If more gun control would prevent violence, I could support it.

It doesn’t, it wouldn’t. Not to mention the little thing called the 2nd amendment.

So, I wish these IGNORANT morons would just STFU!

“Shut up and sing”, act, write, etc.

One of my customers that is a stage 5 cancer victim was poised to leave his considerable fortune to Kutcher’s charity (He lost a daughter to the sex traffickers a few years back) won’t be doing that anymore. Why? Because Kutcher showed himself. I made sure the guy knew about Kutcher’s anti-gun stance.

Salvation Army is about the only charity we deal with. Maybe the Nevada SPCA. NOT the national spca though.

Choices are limited today. I always give generously to the Salvation Army and the local veteran’s house. When I croak the NRA will get the bulk of my inheritance. Kids and spouse already taken care of.
