If the dems actually do try to comply with the 7 pm deadline, you know their vote factories are going to be working overtime until then.

I think all ballots should have a tear off barcode unique to it
If there is discrepancy each voter must scan Barcode and get ballot and confirm that’s theirs.
These are then the only ballots counted for that county
